> Spelpaus.se is a free national self-exclusion service operated by the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen). It lets individuals block themselves from all gambling that requires registration with licensed Swedish gambling companies, including online, in store, on track, and Vegas machines.

- Operated by Spelinspektionen (the Swedish Gambling Authority).
- Self-exclusion periods: 10 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or until further notice (minimum 12 months).
- A self-exclusion cannot be cancelled or ended early.
